Has anyone else had problems uploading a config file from a RIO-HART gateway? Using hyperterminal or ProLinx Config Utility I am getting a config file with missing (blank) parameters which cannot be true as the module is currently communicating correctly with all transmitters and the RIO. In hyperterminal the text becomes garbled and full of errors even when calling up the menu. Using a Dell Inspiron 2500 laptop w/serial port (not USB to serial).
